At SWATI, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Our warehouse team works quickly to process and dispatch orders to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
While we will always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible, as orders are often processed shortly after being placed.
If you need to cancel your order or make any changes, including updating your shipping address or contact details, please contact us at support@swati.com immediately after placing your order.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, returned items must reach us within 14 days of receiving return approval.
To start a return, please contact us at support@swati.com and include your order number. Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Eligible Products for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, products must be:
• Unused
• Unopened
• In their original packaging
Products are not eligible for return if purchased:
• During sales
• At discounted prices
• Using discount codes above 20%
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through SWATI's official website.
If your product was purchased through an authorized retailer or reseller, please contact the retailer directly regarding returns.
Returns & Store Credit
Approved returns are eligible for Store Credit. We do not offer monetary refunds.
Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any issued Store Credit.
How to Return Your Order
1. Contact support@swati.comand receive return approval.
2. Complete the Return Form included in your order confirmation.
3. Securely package your products.
4. Send your package using a trackable shipping service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unclaimed Packages & Delivery Failures
Our courier partners provide shipment updates through SMS, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and contact information are accurate at the time of purchase.
An order will be treated as a non-redeemed shipment if it is returned to our warehouse because:
• The package was not accepted, collected, or refused upon delivery.
• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.
• Delivery could not be completed due to inaccurate contact information supplied by the customer.
• Delivery attempts were unsuccessful despite courier notifications.
As returned shipments incur handling, processing, and logistics costs, a non-redeemed package fee of ₹150 per order plus ₹10 per product will be deducted from any eligible Store Credit.
If the order value is lower than the applicable handling fees, no Store Credit will be issued.
We kindly ask customers to carefully review their shipping and contact details before completing their purchase to help ensure successful delivery.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all products before shipment. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email support@swati.com and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or Store Credit.
Lost or Missing Deliveries
Shipments may occasionally experience delays due to courier processing, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking shows no movement or your order has not been received, please allow up to 14 days from the shipment date before reporting the package as lost.
If the package remains undelivered after 14 days, please contact us at support@swati.com.
For lost, missing, or stolen deliveries, a police report or other supporting documentation may be required before a claim can be processed. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, Store Credit equal to the value of the affected products will be issued.
Delivery status is determined based on the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.
Store Credit Terms
• Issued in INR.
• Non-transferable.
• Redeemable only on the SWATI India website.
• Valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
All approved returns, claims, and compensations for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are issued as Store Credit only.
Policy Updates
SWATI reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
